Job Title: Industry Training Program Lead B2
Overview of Role:
Tonsley Technical College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Industry Training Program. This role will be responsible for supporting the development of professional learning environments by strengthening networks between teachers, trainers, industry, and employer partners.
- Support the development of professional learning environments by strengthening networks between teachers, trainers, industry, and employer partners.
- Lead the implementation of student support strategies including quality career education and guidance, wellbeing for learning, and mentoring in the technical college and with employer partners.
- Lead a positive and constructive working environment that is focused on quality student outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to establish sound and effective relationships and communication with staff, students, parents, and training providers to promote professional dialogue and a collaborative working culture.
- Proven ability to lead the designing and delivery of high-quality teaching approaches that foster student engagement and support learner growth.
- Experience in leading flexible industry pathway curriculum and educational reform including processes to engage community and industry stakeholders to establish pathways for students.
