Mechanical Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out mechanical maintenance and repairs on our equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Fitting (Fixed Plant) or Boilermaker Welding, with experience working in a similar role. They will also possess excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities of the job include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in mechanical systems
  • Working collaboratively with other technicians and supervisors to achieve goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of work completed
