About the Role

Fulton Hogan is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our Water Projects team in South Australia. As a key member of our Commercial and Procurement function, you will be responsible for managing and leading the commercial aspects of our projects, including contract administration, procurement, and commercial negotiations.

We are looking for an experienced and well-credentialled Senior Contracts Administrator or Commercial Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality commercial outcomes and has a strong understanding of commercial models and activities in construction programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and lead the Commercial and Procurement functions within a large integrated delivery team, including working collaboratively with key customers
  2. Provide ongoing commercial support to project teams throughout contract/program delivery cycles
  3. Manage the preparation and/or defence of contractual claims and variations
  4. Proactively respond to changes in client and stakeholder needs and expectations and develop collaborative relationships formed on trust
  5. Design innovative commercial models that optimise outcomes while providing value add/continuous improvement to our clients
  6. Mentor and lead a team of Contract Administrators, finance and administrative personnel
