**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner to join our team at EACH Specialty GP Clinic. As a Compassionate Refugee Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive healthcare services to refugees, asylum seekers, and diverse communities.

About the Role:

This part-time position involves providing medical support within our Primary Care program, which delivers a range of services including Medical, Nursing, Allied Health, and Oral Health across Melbourne's outer east.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a General Practitioner and excellent skills in managing complex clinical presentations. You will also have qualifications and experience in refugee health, including working with complex clinical and psychosocial cases.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding healthcare services aligned with EACH's quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Manage patient care plans, coordinate with external health providers, and ensure appropriate referrals to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Utilize professional interpreters as needed to ensure clients can fully understand and participate in their healthcare journey.
  • Attend and contribute to clinical meetings, fostering a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified, vocationally registered GP with FRACGP or ACRRM fellowship and current AHPRA registration.

Salary:
