Job Title:

Course Coordinator for Diploma of Community Services

Job Description:

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic services in a continuing full-time position. Your key responsibilities include ensuring the quality of program delivery, managing trainers, maintaining assessment quality, providing learning resources, and participating in complaint and appeal processes.

The successful candidate will be able to work within a team framework and provide client-focused support to the College's programs.

As a Course Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining ACWA guidelines for Diploma of Community Services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector compliance with excellent understanding of training packages, ASQA, RTO 2015, and ESOS National Code.
  • Qualification in community work, social welfare, human services, or social work, and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and Diploma of Community Services.
  • Experience in teaching and developing curriculum and learning materials.
  • MS Office experience.
