Project Management Expertise

We are seeking a Project Management professional to lead the delivery of a complex construction project. This is a highly technical opportunity that will be truly career-defining for the successful candidate.

  • Oversee re-design requirements throughout the construction phase.
  • Manage contract administration, variations, and claims.
  • Engage with contractors and consultants.
  • Lead the technical construction/delivery phase of the project.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports as required.
  • Coordinate the staging of construction deliverables, ensuring all impacted stakeholders are informed.
Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects. You could be a Project Manager looking to take your first steps into a Senior Project Management position, or an established SPM already.

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with construction phases of complex projects, ideally within infrastructure sectors such as industrial, health, retail, pharmaceutical, manufacturing/processing, data centres, or related areas.
  • A willingness to work collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Ability to travel across metro regions.
