We are seeking an experienced people leader to join our team and drive the growth of our engineering department. This is a key role that requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and ability to inspire and motivate others.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, leading a team of software engineers or technical specialists in an Agile environment with software delivery responsibilities. They should be able to foster a collaborative and high-trust team environment, empowering their team members to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.

Our team works on complex enterprise-level Salesforce implementations with significant data volume and integrations. The successful candidate will need to have strong knowledge of Salesforce, ideally from an engineering perspective earlier in their career, and experience working with and optimizing solutions for large-scale implementations.
