\About the Role:

- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients.\
- Supervise and guide nursing team members to ensure seamless patient care.\
- Provide education and support to patients for health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.\
- Led quality improvement and safety management projects to drive desired outcomes.\
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to address patient care needs.\
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.\
- Authority to work in Australia.\
- Working with Children Check.\
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) degree.\
- Demonstrated experience administering infusions.\
- 2+ years of oncology experience (desirable).\
- Current Registration with AHPRA.\
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.\
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.\
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively within a high-functioning team.\
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused.\
- Antineoplastic Drug Administration qualification (desirable, onsite ADAC training available).\
