Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Advertising Manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations of our Customer Success team.

As a key member of this team, your primary responsibilities will include achieving team and individual targets, managing client accounts, and providing strategic guidance and support.

You will be responsible for establishing onboarding, training, and go-live schedules in collaboration with Sales and Clients. You will also execute onboarding, training, and campaign launch schedules, including training Clients as necessary.

Your tasks will involve working closely with Clients to identify goals and success metrics, tracking progress, and providing feedback and guidance to aid their adoption of best practices.

Additionally, you will encourage ongoing usage and provide insights to facilitate upsells and renewals.

In order to succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota is essential for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management, or AdTech organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead people internally and externally to drive outcomes.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ad Manager, Operative.One, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
  • A foundation of common sense coupled with a passion for customer satisfaction.
