The Acute Care Mental Health Team is seeking a skilled Health Information Manager to deliver high-quality care to adults in crisis.
As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of mental health assessments and interventions.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of mental health assessments and interventions through effective use of data management systems
- Develop and maintain robust data integrity processes to support high-quality care and decision-making
- Current registration as a Health Information Manager (HIM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mental health information management, including data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of mental health legislation, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
