Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Aged Care Professional to join our team at Maclean, in the Northern Rivers region, on a casual basis. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality clinical care and contributing to our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Aged Care Professional will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional clinical care to residents with complex needs;
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and quality care;
  • Participating in staff training and development initiatives;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • AHPRA Registration;
  • Proven skills in clinical care, clinical decision-making, and palliation;
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates;
  • Previous experience in Aged Care is desired but not essential.
