About the Role

This is a key position responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis of project performances, project costs, process improvement, and ensuring all processes adhere to accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and submission of Budgets and Forecast reports to the Management Team
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting for Quarter end and Year end closing
  • Coordinate Management Reporting pack and provide insight on project forecasts
  • Review and challenge of budget/forecast models with both Finance and Operational team members
  • Manage Cost centres, analyse costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key project team personnel and support functions
  • Perform Ad hoc analysis for management and operation/project teams
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards and support with Audit requests

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance
  • CA or CPA certification preferred
  • 3-5 years in a management accountant or analyst role with strong accounting standard knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Oracle system experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management
  • Effective in leading and managing change
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Power BI experience preferred
