Become a driving force behind sales success in our dynamic retail environment. We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Sales Associates to join our store teams on a fixed term contract.
About the RoleOur exceptional Sales Associates serve as brand ambassadors, fostering strong bonds between customers and our products. They excel in sales, customer service, and product knowledge, leading the success of the store by:
- Achieving and surpassing individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills and a focus on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value
- Building relationships with customers by answering queries, providing outstanding service, and adapting their approach to meet individual needs and preferences
- Developing and confidently sharing in-depth product knowledge to maximise sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Assisting with product deliveries, unloading, and storing merchandise in the correct spaces within the store
- Maintaining high shop floor standards through merchandising and taking pride in the store environment
- Operating the till system, handling financial transactions, including returns and exchanges
