About Our Role
We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor with a positive work ethic.
As the successful applicant, you will be required to deliver high quality landscape maintenance works through best practice and excellent OH&S knowledge standards.
Prior experience in managing council gardening/mowing contracts or commercial/developer maintenance would be highly regarded.
You will oversee multiple projects and provide support, training and mentoring to junior staff and Apprentices.
A strong commitment to contributing as part of a team is essential.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial landscape maintenance projects
  • Provide support, training and mentoring to junior staff and Apprentices
  • Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard while adhering to OH&S compliance regulations
  • Coordinate resources and scheduling to meet project deadlines
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to maintain strong relationships
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in all aspects of commercial landscape maintenance
  • Excellent time management: plan, prioritise and organise multiple projects and resources
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation
  • Good computer and literacy skills
  • Attention to detail and strong customer focus
  • Practical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Current Drivers Licence and White Card
  • Landscape Qualification will be highly regarded
