Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Development Representative to cover the ANZ market, responsible for qualifying leads, profiling customers, and providing input on lead development campaigns.

This role is critical in identifying and creating qualified opportunities for our team, often being the first point of contact for AWS customers.

  • Manage incoming leads in a timely manner across a wider geographical region.
  • Conduct discussions with prospects and existing customers to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business value to customer needs.
  • Generate interest and provide vision of our portfolio of cloud solutions to potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with existing and developing technologies related to cloud computing.
  • Achieve monthly qualification goals.
  • Update and maintain customer information within our CRM system.
  • Provide account management teams with detailed call notes to ensure opportunity understanding and next steps.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
