Job Title

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate educator to make a difference in the lives of young children.

The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with children and a strong knowledge of early childhood education principles.

This role involves creating a safe and supportive learning environment, developing and implementing educational programs, and building relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of diverse learners
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality care and education
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development

Requirements:

  • Certificate III & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
