Your Role

As a Mission Support Field Services Representative, you will provide expert advice on Maintenance, Tactical Radios, Data Links, and other capabilities to ensure operational readiness. As a subject matter expert, you will support 33SQN both from their Main Operating Base and on deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and advice on how to effectively set up and operate KC-30A tactical radios, Data Links, and their capabilities.
  • Maintain the fleet of MPS-U and MPS-S Laptops and ensure they are correctly configured.
  • Manage information systems including Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) and Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS).

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a working knowledge of Mission Support systems and the requirements around supporting these capabilities. Key qualifications include:

  • A current DASA Licence (KC-30A)
  • Current Human Factors Training
  • Able to obtain Engineering and Release Authority
  • A330 or KC-30A Maintenance or Flight Line experience
