**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Sydney office for a casual Paralegal to work in our Government & Administrative Law team, which acts for a broad range of clients including Commonwealth Departments and Agencies, primarily in Public Law litigation. The matters span across Commonwealth employee compensation, military compensation, and veterans' entitlements, and disability insurance access and planning matters under the NDIS.
As a Paralegal, you will work under the guidance of an experienced Partner and supervision from the broader team, with a varied workload that includes:
- Preparing tribunal and court documents
- Summarising medical and other records
- Preparation and review of summonses
- Drafting letters of instructions to experts and briefs to investigators
- Drafting and collating briefs to Counsel
- Preparing chronologies
- Legal research and summaries
- General paralegal duties
**Requirements**

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
