Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nursing Professional to provide high-quality patient care in our dynamic multi-disciplinary team at the Emergency Department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements:
- Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration as a Registered Nurse - Division 1.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Current clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving ability.
- A commitment to excellence in nursing practice and continuing professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- An understanding of the professional, ethical, and legal requirements of a Registered Nurse.
