Job Title: Regional Leadership Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee employment services across multiple sites in South Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu/Kangaroo Island Employment Service Areas with offices in Mount Barker, Nairne, Strathalbyn, Woodside, Goolwa, Kingscote, Victor Harbor
  • Leading and empowering a team to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
  • Facilitating staff training and development to ensure high-quality, person-centred services
  • Developing strategies, programs, and partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
  • Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site, and area performance and quality metrics
  • Ensuring achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
  • Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
  • Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services
