
Leadership Position for Regional Customer Support

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer support to our ANZ region. This involves leading and managing support operations across a matrix organization, ensuring cross-functional and region-specific needs are met effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration, resource management, and leadership skills to drive seamless support services. You will work closely with various teams to align functional and regional goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with key customers, driving customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the Global Customer Support team to ensure global standards are consistently applied while accounting for regional variations in customer behavior and expectations.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
A degree in Business or IT-related discipline is essential. The successful candidate must have the ability to break down complex technical issues, drive optimal resolutions, and represent support in executive forums, sales engagements, or customer reviews.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also crucial. You should be proactive, positive, and passionate about continually improving processes.
A data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting is necessary. Proven experience managing geographically dispersed support teams across multiple time zones is highly desirable.
Experience in a high-growth environment within the technology or SaaS sector would be beneficial.
