Overview
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the structure and delivery of our platform to our partners, services team, clients, and other users. You will ensure that the platform is providing accurate and reliable information while keeping innovation and customer pain front of mind in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
- System administration of the Envizi base platform, core functions, product and module configuration and functionality enablement.
- Research and manage GHG emission factors and emissions calculation methodologies including the GHG Protocol - Corporate Standard, Scope 2 guidance, Scope 3 guidance and other ESG Protocols.
- Identify areas that need improvement and find solutions to create efficiency using automation tools, building out training packs and working with the Development team to deliver new functionality.
- Support our sales team by maintaining demo site configurations, assisting in deal preparation and contributing to proposals and presentations.
- Support the help desk by responding directly to client questions/enquiries related to system functionality and configurations.
- Understand and monitor the technical domains related to delivering our products and solutions such as online reporting platforms, framework specific Excel templates, questionnaires, standards and guidelines.
- Foster and drive a customer centric, agile development culture, document product requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with functional groups across the company to deliver solutions including UX/Design, Tech Leads, Developers, QA teams, other Product Managers, service delivery teams, sales and marketing.
- Develop and maintain a suite of content for your area of focus, e.g product updates, release knowledge base articles, videos, user guides, supporting the development of sales collateral and internal training materials.
- Share your knowledge through company presentations and webinars.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Support other Envizi teams by contributing to product marketing, pricing discussions, services implementation, client services support and provide input into the overall Envizi product roadmap when required.
- Contribute to internal business improvement initiatives, including process improvements to help the company operate more efficiently.
- Be the voice of the customer and empathise with client pain in all aspects of the product development life cycle and delivery process.
- Contribute to and help evolve the team culture, including participation in organized company events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Data as a second language, you will need to understand data better than most people around you, including advanced MS Excel skills.
- An insatiable appetite for learning and a deep interest in systems architecture, design and beautifully organised data.
