Overview

Cash Management Specialist Opportunity in Perth, Western Australia

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of cash and accounts receivable processes, including raising invoices, cash receipting, sending out customer statements, debt recovery, and managing debtor ledgers.

  • Raising invoices and managing cash receipts: The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong time management skills to ensure timely processing of all financial transactions.
  • Preparing and sending customer statements: This includes creating and distributing accurate and timely statements to customers, ensuring they are aware of their outstanding balances.
  • Handling debt recovery and queries: The candidate must possess excellent communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.
  • Managing debtor ledgers and performing account reconciliations: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including debtor ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.
  • Completing month-end tasks and other ad-hoc duties: This includes preparing and submitting reports to management on a regular basis, as well as completing any additional tasks as required by the company.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cash management and accounts receivable, and a positive attitude. They must also reside in Western Australia to be considered for this position.
