Job Description

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Whizdom Recruitment. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and managing requirements under limited direction. You will work independently within broad guidelines to contribute to multiple projects within the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in stakeholder engagement and management of relationships with customers that have unique and often conflicting requirements and priorities.
  • Model complex business processes and work with product owners and project managers to streamline requirements and business change management process.
  • Work with the project management team to prioritize delivery of user requirements and manage risks to scope and schedule.
  • Interpret business needs and work with architects and system engineers to ensure customers' fundamental needs are understood at a basic level.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of JIRA R4J requirements management software.
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management relating to user requirements/user stories.
  • Demonstrable experience in complex business modeling.

Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will work 5 days per week and up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. The role is based in Canberra with minimal to no travel requirements.

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must have TSPV Security Clearance.
