Job Title: Legal Counsel

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled legal professional to join our team as a Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level legal advice on various matters, including contracts, property leasing, employment law, governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate supplier and customer contracts

  • Provide legal input on leasing and property arrangements

  • Advise on employment matters and risk issues

  • Support governance and compliance frameworks

  • Contribute to Board reporting and due diligence processes

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An Australian legal practising certificate

  • In-house or private practice legal experience

  • Expertise in contracts and property leasing

  • Able to work independently with senior stakeholders
