Bridge Strengthening Expert

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Civils Team on a major bridge project in Canberra.

This two-year project offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging civil engineering works, while developing your career within a global engineering leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and delivery of bridge strengthening and bearing replacement works.
  • Assist in the coordination of FRP works and post-tensioning operations.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and day-to-day site activities.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are maintained.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Previous experience in bridges, structures, or civil infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of FRP works, bearing replacements, jacking or post-tensioning highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to safety and quality delivery.
