{"THE ROLE": "As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our consultants and working closely on administration tasks that enable the business to run smoothly. You will also be running the fortnightly payroll for our contractors in the market as well as creating contracts for our temporary workers and assisting with their onboarding to our payroll system. Other responsibilities include: Ensuring the office is well stocked in terms of equipment and general office amenities.

\u2022 Event Management; assisting with acquiring venues, booking catering, advertising events and their overall smooth running.
\u2022 Answering the office phone and directing queries to the appropriate Consultant, ensuring excellent customer service to all our customers.
\u2022 Supporting with the creation of proposal documentation.
\u2022 Making regular updates to our website, publishing articles and ensuring the correct information is displayed.
\u2022 Other ad hoc administration as required by the team.
\u2022 Updating and managing our recruitment system, ensuring the correct information is displayed.
\u2022 Running reports from the system for Management.
\u2022 Assisting with the RFP processes, preparing documentation and remaining in communication with our Clients.
\u2022 Booking interviews for Consultants, as well as arranging meetings between Clients and Candidates.
