The role of a Food and Beverage Attendant is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed guests, ensuring their experience is truly memorable.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and seat guests, provide menus, and take orders accurately to meet their expectations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the bar, restaurant, room service, conferences, and events.
- Regularly check on guests to ensure they have everything they need and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables, resetting, and restocking to maintain a high standard of service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to communicate orders effectively and ensure food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Handle payments, present bills, and process transactions accurately to minimize errors.
- Upsell and promote additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Address special requests and accommodate guests' needs to the best of your ability, providing excellent customer service.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper handling of food and beverages.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided to enhance skills).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items, meeting the physical demands of the role.
