  • Mastery of the menu and suggesting drinks or pairings to enhance the experience.
  • Keep the café area clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous barista experience with strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
