About the Role

Correlate Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Governance Analyst to join our team. As a Data Governance Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data governance strategies and processes that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine data governance strategies and processes in collaboration with the business
  • Design and implement data mapping strategies to ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Enhance current data management processes and implement data management and provisioning
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure data is being utilized and processes are documented correctly
  • Define data quality practices and ensure data quality standards are met
  • Act as a change agent within the business, gathering requirements and translating them into action
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data governance, data quality, or a related field
  • Strong technical proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and experience with MS Azure platforms (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a Business Analyst capacity
  • Financial Service / FinTech industry experience is highly desirable
