About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable mining principal, with a long history of underground mining in north Queensland.

As a Heavy Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for operating underground mining haulage trucks, working to key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets each shift, maintaining machinery, and adhering to strict site safety policies and procedures.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian drivers license
  • Ability to drive a manual vehicle
  • A clean national police record
  • The ability to pass a mining medical
  • An excellent attitude towards work
  • A strong work ethic
  • Excellent safety standards

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $85,000 per year, plus benefits such as:

  • 7 days on, 7 days off roster, with 50% of the year worked
