About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Administrator to join our Commercial Real Estate team at Oyster People. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales agents and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our sales agents, including preparing and updating pre-listing kits, preparing appraisal documentation, and coordinating appointments for marketing.
  • Database Management: Manage and maintain our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Upload marketing materials to online portals and respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contracts Administration: Prepare offer documentation, determine pre-conditions, and compile and review settlement directions.
  • File Management: Maintain internal file tracking systems and work constructively with external solicitors and valuers to achieve the best outcomes for the business and our clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 12 months experience in real estate residential or commercial sales administration.
  • Certification: Must hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate.
  • Personality: Enthusiastic and friendly personality with a passion for a career in real estate.
