Job Description

The Strategy Manager role is a pivotal position within our organisation, tasked with driving a multi-year growth agenda. As a key member of the newly established Strategy & Transformation team, you will work directly with senior leadership to strengthen market position and enhance client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to boost market share and elevate client & customer satisfaction.
  • Apply analytical expertise to tackle complex challenges.
  • Create compelling executive-level presentations and influence decisions at senior levels.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–2+ years in management consulting or in-house strategy, preferably with industry exposure.

  • Curiosity, drive and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
