We offer a dynamic career accelerator program for recent graduates looking to launch their tech careers. This opportunity enables you to work with top Australian companies, covering major banks, consultancies, insurers, retailers, and charities.

About the Program

To be eligible, you must hold a university degree and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should also be eligible to work in Australia as a citizen or permanent resident.

We seek candidates who can commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program. Additionally, you will need to relocate for client projects, with many clients based in Sydney and Melbourne. We provide support with relocation packages and connect you to other FDM Consultants.

Your role will involve attending the office for client assignments when required. Currently, most client assignments have hybrid working arrangements, with between 3-5 days per week in the office and the remainder from home, depending on the client.
