Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Foster strong relationships with industry partners, employers, and community organizations to enhance program delivery and student outcomes.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory specifications and standards, and build effective relationships with key internal partners to support student success.
