The Role- Oversee daily operations at our premier restaurant, bar, and pool club venues.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing warm, welcoming service with a refined yet polished approach.
- Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture that prioritizes guest satisfaction, community connection, and a proactive mindset.
- Drive performance through effective revenue strategies and meticulous financial management.
- Establish a positive work environment that promotes learning, growth, and mutual respect.
- Proven experience in hospitality or a related field with a strong track record in a leadership role.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating staff.
- Proficiency in Restaurant management software and tools, as well as standard Microsoft Office applications, is advantageous.
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Full Australian Working Rights are required.
