Senior Associate in Competition Law

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Associate with a strong background in competition law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on merger clearance, cartel investigations, competition litigation, access regulation, and consumer advisory.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide legal expertise: Minimum 4 years of PQE (all jurisdictions welcomed) in competition/regulatory law.
  • Develop technical skills: Proven ability to handle merger filings, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, competition litigation, and access or consumer regulation matters.
  • Collaborate effectively: Ability to coordinate across teams nationally and internationally.
  • Focus on client needs: Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to business development.

  1. Providing high-quality legal advice to clients on competition law matters.
  2. Assisting with merger clearance procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Conducting cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, and advising clients on strategies to mitigate risks.
  4. Representing clients in competition litigation and advocacy before regulatory bodies.
  5. Coordinating with internal teams to develop effective business development strategies.
