Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood education programs. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing budgets, and leading a team of educators in delivering high-quality services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Previous leadership experience in early childhood education
- Experience in managing compliance and administrative requirements
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
