About the Role
As Manager – Early Childhood Programs, you will:
· Provide leadership and accountability across a suite of early childhood and family programs.
· Build strong networks with community, government, and education partners.
· Guide and empower your team with training, development, and support.
· Oversee delivery of initiatives such as Targeted Early Intervention (DCJ), Educational Outcomes for First Nations children, Educational readiness program such as Home Interaction Program for Parents & Youngsters (HIPPY), and community events.
· Drive continuous improvement and ensure positive, measurable outcomes for children and families.
What We are Looking For
· Relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in early childhood or community programs.
· Proven leadership and facilitation skills.
· Commitment to child safety, inclusiveness and strengths-based approaches.
· Current Driver's Licence, Working with Children Check, and ability to meet criminal history clearance requirements.
