Job Title: SAP S4HANA Transformation LeaderAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead a multi-year SAP transformation program. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning and executing large-scale SAP initiatives, including brownfield conversions to SAP S/4HANA.

  • Develop and implement integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless integration with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Asset Management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment between business, IT, and implementation partners.
  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP program/project management.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP implementations, including S/4HANA programs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Finance, HR, Procurement, and integration points.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies.
