Job Description

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant who will be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce. As a key member of our team, you will help people rebuild their confidence, reconnect with their goals, and re-enter life with purpose. You will support clients with care and compassion, conduct meaningful assessments and guide them through life-changing career transitions.

  • Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference in people's lives.
  • Identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visit workplaces to understand real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, registered with AHPRA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
