We are looking for a skilled PBS Clinician to join our team. As a clinician, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of therapy plans that cater to the diverse needs of NDIS participants.

Job Description
  • You will work closely with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals to understand their goals, aspirations, and challenges.
  • Your primary focus will be on designing and delivering impactful therapy plans that promote meaningful outcomes and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify participant needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • PBS registration is mandatory, with a background in Psychology or Social Work being ideal.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for travel to participant locations.
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) are essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Positive Behaviour Support is necessary.
