Job Title: Senior Service Officer Payroll
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of payroll officers to ensure high-quality service and efficient processing.
- Manage workload to meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Provide expert advice on complex payroll requests and inquiries.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume workloads during peak times.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of NSW Government payroll awards and legislation.
