Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimal running, monitoring, and troubleshooting of plant and equipment within the paper making operations
  • Quality control, recycled fibre plant (RCF), and Distributed Control System (DCS) management
  • Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining a strong safety focus

Requirements:

  • Year 12 or Trades Certificate
  • Prior experience in a similar role within Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to assess, modify, and direct maintenance of Plant & Equipment as required
  • Willingness to work under physically challenging conditions
  • Safety-first mindset and compliance with OHS&E policies and procedures
