Technical Service Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site remedial and preventative services on a wide range of electro-mechanical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and install equipment located within our venues, clubs, and pubs.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Prioritize and manage work schedules to achieve optimal outcomes for both customers and the business.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • A passion for electronics and experience servicing electronic equipment is desired.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Integrity, respect, and a can-do attitude are key qualities for success in this role.
  • The ability to work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and evenings is required.
