Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned architect to spearhead our digital transformation efforts in banking and consumer finance.

 

This senior role requires collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, developing high-level and detailed technical design specifications that align with our overall architecture. You will lead the implementation of solutions, coordinating development and deployment activities, and managing vendors. Your expertise should span banking, particularly consumer banking and finance, as well as solution architecture, project management, and vendor relations.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and create tailored technical solutions
  • Developing technical roadmaps that align with organizational goals and architecture principles
  • Overseeing the implementation of solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high quality standards
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and recommending new technologies for adoption
  • Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and work efficiency

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Significant experience in solution architecture and technical leadership roles
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective technical solutions that meet business objectives
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
