Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for financial center clients, this role helps to uncover personal banking needs and offers appropriate solutions. Key responsibilities include deepening client relationships, supporting clients with self-service or transactional activities, and providing exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies.
  • Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies.
  • Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
  • Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in performing day-to-day activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Collaborate effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.

A commissioned notary or the ability to obtain a notary commission within a few months is required. This role also requires flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think critically.
