Maintenance Engineer Job Opportunity

This is a key role within our manufacturing team, responsible for overseeing and managing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

  • Manage both preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules, leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and maintaining accurate records in SAP.
  • Take ownership of the site's maintenance strategy by planning, scheduling, and executing both preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Act as the owner of the site's SAP-based system, ensuring accurate asset records and maintenance history.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance operations and lead weekly planning meetings with production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational demands.
  • Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports that track plan adherence, contractor performance, and completed work.
  • Manage the site's spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are always available when needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance engineering role
  • Experience with SAP or similar CMMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and maintenance budgets
  • Familiarity with safety compliance and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
