Country Marketing Activation Lead
The successful applicant will oversee the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for Australia and New Zealand markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align with global objectives, defining initiatives and executing them effectively.
- Familiarize yourself with key industry products to propose actions to boost marketing efforts.
- Manage resources efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI and capitalization for the business.
- Monitor results, refine improvement areas, and develop effective marketing promotions/programs in collaboration with sales and Application Engineering teams.
- Demand planning based on programs and portfolios.
- Validate industry implementation of marketing activities, take the voice of the customer, and promote improvements.
- Connect market opportunities with the activation of key actions in Marketing, segment management, and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Preferrable MBA.
- Minimum 2+ years related working experience in marketing function or related industry.
- Innovative, good analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
- Solid problem-solving and execution.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient MS-office.
