About Serco

We are seeking an experienced Maritime Warfare Instructor to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with Royal Australian Navy staff to deliver premier training to Maritime Warfare Officers.

The instructor will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art simulators and facilitating realistic, scenario-based training sessions.

Requirements

  • Able to obtain and maintain a NV1 - SECRET defence security clearance or higher.
  • Proven military experience with a strong understanding of tactical training environments.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of trust and responsibility.
  • Passion for training and desire to contribute to Defence operations in Australia.
